Customer Success is composed of several organizations that manage the customer’s journey at Evolve Squads, all of which are aligned to this common goal: providing the best customer experience via world-class service for our growing customer base.



  • Team: we have about 20 members in India and 10 in Mexico.
  • Interview process: we’ll have 2 chats with the project lead and a team.
  • If your goals and knowledge will be a better fit for Mexico team we’ll ask you to overlap at least 5 hours with that team. Same for team India.
  • You’ll deal with performance tuning, flow improvement, and troubleshooting on a daily basis.
  • We still have to automate a significant part if our CI/CD process. So there is a significant room for improvement.
  • We’re heavily into AWS, Oracle Cloud and Kubernetes.
  • 8+ years of experience leading production operations teams in business-critical environments.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud and/or AWS.
  • Experience with and understanding of information security best practices from an infrastructure and process point of view.
  • Experience in leading incident management/DR/BC processes.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Unix Shell.
  • Experience with Cloud Formation and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with Citrix XenApp and related technologies.
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, VLAN, VPN, HTTP(S), and SSH.
  • Understanding Java J2EE applications, JVM tuning, JConsole, JMX, and other Java tools.
  • Familiarity with Apache HTTPd, Red Hat Linux, and Windows 2012/2016 server.
  • BS and/or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IMB MQ and Other JMS services.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with client-facing communications.
  • Oversee the 24×7 operational management of critical client infrastructure, including running security and downtime incidents, disaster recovery, and business continuity scenarios (both real and drills), and executing productive incident postmortems that drive tangible improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with senior operations and engineering staff to design, implement, and manage a cloud infrastructure that delivers world-class security, functionality, scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Create and maintain automated monitoring and reporting of cloud infrastructure measured against client and internal SLAs and KPIs.  Establish and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents that will drive business outcomes and strive for operational excellence.
  • Provide a technical escalation point for critical production issues and drive escalation/resolution of problems into Support and Engineering teams.
  • Accountable as operations representative and maintain strong working relationships with client senior technical employees and management.
  • Build manage and mentor a team of geographically dispersed global operations teams to deliver world-class services to clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to information security policies and procedures.
  • Implement continuous revision and improvement of industry-standard DevOps policies and DevOps procedures.
  • Demonstrated capability ensuring that the platform and infrastructure are meeting the customer’s technical and business requirements.
  • Drive a culture of “security first” and continuous improvement.
