As a QA Automation Engineer, you will work with a talented and dedicated team to build and maintain our SaaS product line. You will work in an agile environment setting the standard for an ecosystem of cutting-edge product offerings by working with the latest technologies in the market, tackling challenging problems in the disclosure management world.

We already have:
- 10k automated tests (highly configurable)
- Unit-tests for both BE and FE
- The ideal candidate will be available to work full time and overlap with New York (EST, GMT -4) to work with senior developers and QA analysts and have practical experience working on a cross-functional team within a Scrum- Agile process.

Currently have 3 teams that work on a project:
- Team#1 – Dmytro: 3 Engineers, 2 QAs (engineers in California, Latin America) Stand-ups at 12.30 pm EST
- Team#2 – Sujatha: 5 Engineers, 3 QA automation, 2 Manual (engineers in Toronto, Silicon Valley, Ukraine) Stand-ups at 10 am EST
- Team#3 – Michael: 3 Engineers, 2 QAs (engineers in North Carolina, Latin America, and CEE) Stand-ups at 11 am EST
We have 2 interview stages:
- 30 mins INTERNAL INTERVIEW
- 1.5hr interview with Project Leader(-s) – Coding questions
Excellent English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
- 5+ years of industry experience in automating test cases for web and desktop (any of these: Ranorex, Selenium, WebDriver, Appium), API testing, performance testing, and security testing
- A solid foundation of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development processes in an agile environment
- Hands-on experience in C# highly preferred
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and scripts highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Experience publishing standards and best practices for automation and delivering high-quality products
- Experience using TFS, JIRA, TeamCity, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working with IIS Websites and Web Applications
- Visual Basic knowledge is a plus
✓ Design, Develop and Test software for the Disclosure Management financial reporting solution
✓ Define test scenarios, write test cases & build test plans
✓ Implement automated test cases, perform non-regression analysis, analyses test results to validate new functionalities in close collaboration with other team members
✓ Perform daily test watching, the report failed tests, and follow-up with the team to maintain them
✓ Proactively solving technical challenges
✓ Contributing ideas to our product development roadmap, participating in product discussions
✓ Review application documentation to ensure a smooth hand over to QA and PO’s / PM
✓ Set up any additional quality control and metrics the team might need
✓ Work closely with your UX, Product Management, QA, and Backend colleagues
