We are recruiting a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our growing team. You will be working in tandem with our Sales Team, applying a consultative selling approach to find the best solutions for our prospective clients. On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve: running demos and workshops, designing future state architectures, and becoming a product and technical expert on the our platform.
This role is varied and you will work with clients from all across the buy-side, from Asset Managers and Asset Services to Hedge Funds, Alternatives and Private Wealth Managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys building relationships with clients, working in the financial services domain and building technology-based solutions.

Interview Stages

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience working with APIs, with hands-on development skills in Python and SQL (experience with C#, Java, or similar languages is also valued).
Proven experience in the financial services industry, with the ability to understand and discuss financial concepts with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and COOs.
Solid solutions architecture background, including gathering business requirements and designing effective solutions for both technical and non-technical challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading client-facing demos, workshops, and discussions in both virtual and in-person settings.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Experience with buy-side investment management workflows, including Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Investment Book of Record (IBOR), and Fund Accounting.
Exposure to technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing architecture roles within financial services, fintech, consulting, banking, or asset management organizations.
Familiarity with modern data and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS/Azure, along with tools like Git and Jupyter Notebooks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept solutions for prospective clients across both technical and business audiences.
Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements, translating them into scalable solution architectures and future-state designs.
Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture discussions, recommending solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Develop customized demo environments and reusable sales assets using APIs, Python, SQL, and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design, validate, and present optimal solutions throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor by providing product expertise, enabling internal sales teams through training, and channeling customer feedback to support product roadmap development.
