PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Monitors and directs multiple, interrelated projects to assist in the strategic goal of preparation of the processed required for an initial public stock offering. The focus will be on high-level planning and tracking cross-project dependencies.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align initiatives with business strategy.

• Proactive follow-up combined with clear, professional communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and ensure timely completion of objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Coordination: Oversee work of multiple project teams, monitor and manage dependencies and interdependencies between projects and people.
• Resource & Budget Management: Monitor the overall project budget.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and help resolve risks and bottlenecks impacting the program success.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple engaged parties by providing updates on program status, goals, and performance.
• Performance Evaluation: Establish protocols to assess program strengths, weaknesses, and ensure quality and compliance.
