We are looking for an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team.
We are seeking a contract UI/UX Designer to partner closely with our Product and Engineering teams to elevate usability, visual consistency, and user experience across our platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused contract role for approximately 40 hours per month.
You’ll support new feature design, workflow improvements, and visual system enhancements across our SaaS products.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in B2B software environments, translating product requirements into thoughtful user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Start Date: ASAP
Time Zone: Central Time Zone. 2 hours per day.
Contract: Part Time
• 6+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work on data-intensive systems (dashboards, tables, grids, reporting tools, multi-step workflows)
• Experience designing for multi-role environments with interconnected user workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering to navigate technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Proficiency with design tools.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven product development.
• Ability to work independently within a limited-hours engagement.
• Clear communicator who can explain design decisions to technical and non-technical partners.
