As a Project Manager, you’ll work with our clients to implement our software and assist them in their use of the system. Project Managers plan and lead all aspects of an implementation project, ensuring we deliver the expected value to our clients. You will ensure alignment on project management processes and procedures. Clients will see you as a face of the company, and you’ll develop close working relationships with the clients.

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage own time and deliverables and drive others.
• Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Experience managing software implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.

• Review client requirements, align project scope accordingly.
• Develop, monitor and report KPI’s for implementation projects.
• Plan and lead all aspects of an implementation project, ensuring we deliver the
expected value to our clients.
• Ensure alignment on project management processes and procedures.
• Oversee and support multiple implementation projects.
• Provide hands-on leadership to implementation consultants.
• Ensure implementations are completed on-time and within budget.
• Act as a liaison between Client Services, Client Support, Client Experience, executive
leadership, and W Energy Software’s clients.
