We are looking for a driven and capable Maui/C# software developer. You will be responsible for building a proof of concept for a sophisticated universal app.
Played a key role in the design and development of a new cross-platform VoIP solution, deployed to a global audience and serving 100,000 MAUs. This is an exciting role, and the successful hire will be joining a talented team tasked with building a cross-platform greenfield application using the latest technologies and practices.

- Time overlaps with Ireland’s Time Zone.
- The solution is in .NET MAUI targeting .NET 8.
Project team size
- 3 x Software engineers (Andr, iOS, Windows)
- 4 x QA’s
The interview process consists of 2 phases
- Behavioral Interview (90 mins)
- Committee interview (30 mins)
Hardware and Software Requirements
- PC with Maui/C# work environment on it
- .NET MAUI Experience across the following platforms iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows.
- Must have released several Maui applications into production.
- .NET MAUI Experience using native services and sensors, e.g., Native Dialer, Bluetooth, Camera, Microphone, Location, IAP.
- Xamarin Development Experience – experience with Xamarin Forms is a huge plus.
- Solid experience with mobile/desk app development including:
- ○ Technical design, mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX.
- ○ In-depth knowledge of C#, OOO.
- Experience creating native bindings in .NET MAUI. (NOT just Blazor)
- Experience consuming Web Services (REST, JSON).
- Experience taking Figma mock-ups and creating XAML / layouts from them.
- Understanding of mobile application fundamentals, including application lifecycle, mobile file system limitations, and permissions.
- Experience using the Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) pattern and Data Binding.
- Experience writing performant code and optimizing code for best performance.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.

● Experience with Blazor Hybrid.
- Design, develop, test and maintain mobile/desktop applications using .NET MAUI / C# – for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability and ease of use.
