We are seeking a highly skilled CMS Migration Specialist with extensive experience in implementing and migrating enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS) for large media organizations. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will lead the evaluation, planning, and execution of our CMS migration initiative.

Proven experience in evaluating and migrating enterprise-level CMS platforms.
Strong ability to conduct independent market research and analysis of modern CMS solutions.
Expertise in documenting existing CMS structures, features, and content types to guide migration strategies.
Skilled in creating detailed comparison reports or spreadsheets outlining key features, pricing, and technical requirements.
Solid understanding of the digital publishing landscape, including headless CMS and editorial workflows.
Experience implementing or migrating CMS platforms for large media or news organizations.
Understanding of integration workflows, APIs, and data migration best practices.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams during digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of content strategy, UX principles, and editorial process optimization in publishing environments.
Lead the end-to-end CMS migration initiative, from research and evaluation to planning and execution.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and assess modern, enterprise-level CMS platforms suitable for a medical news publisher.
Analyze the current CMS architecture, including structure, content types, and workflows, to inform the migration strategy.
Prepare detailed comparison reports and documentation outlining key features, pricing models, and technical requirements for each CMS option.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user needs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Support migration planning and implementation, assisting with testing, validation, and content transfer activities.
Develop written deliverables and documentation to support decision-making and maintain project transparency.
Stay current with CMS trends and digital publishing best practices, including headless architectures and editorial workflow optimization.
