Remote Sales Executive (Sales, Hunter, LATAM)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION::

Every business executive in the world will tell you that you cannot make it to the top of the business echelon without understanding the buying psychology of prospects and clients, the value of your company’s services, and most importantly how to sell this value to your customers. Sales is indisputably the most sought-after skill that a person can bring to any organization, and having sales skills makes you marketable to any company in any industry so long as you know how to approach it professionally and with discipline.

The role of the Evolve Squad CSM (Hunter) involves learning how to engage with new prospects in order to generate an initial scheduled introductory call to discuss our value proposition and ultimately drive new sales revenue.  With a formulaic approach, a CSM will learn how to identify which potential companies are the best targets for our business, how to find decision-makers (Campaigns) within those companies, and how to make contact with those decision-makers in a professional, respectful, yet disciplined approach which will result in an initial schedule sales call and future revenue.

PROJECT STACK and TEAM::
  • Multinational team – Excellent communication skills in English are needed.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • The current team is spread across Europe – interface with the United States.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS::
  • 3+ years in sales, ideally in IT or tech.
  • Proven success in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Proactive, confident, and highly communicative.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English.
GOOD TO HAVE::
  • Good understanding of IT services (a plus).
  • Experience with international clients.

  • Background or interest in tech/IT.

  • Familiar with sales tools and CRMs.

  • Speaks additional languages.

  • Worked in fast-paced environments.

  • Existing network in the industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES::
  • Develop and maintain at least 2000 qualified prospect “campaigns” within twelve months of engagement (40 per week).
  • Schedule 1 introductory call per week. e.g., if you have 1250 active campaigns, we expect you to schedule 5  introductory calls a month (1250 /250 = 5)
  • Pursue new business opportunities primarily through research, cold calling, referrals, networking, and the expansion of existing accounts established
  • The ability to make 300-500 reach-outs per week depending on your part-time or full-time status
  • Working a sales process designed specifically for the software development outsourcing industry
  • Develop your LinkedIn profile and “connect” with at least 500 United States prospects within 5 weeks after a start date.
  • Working with the Pipedrive CRM database in order to maintain notes and scheduled reach-outs with prospects and existing clients
  • A deep understanding of the entire sales cycle
  • The understanding, dedication and trust of Evolve Squad’s sales methodology
  • A basic ability to “connect” with prospects and clients
