We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who is required to support innovation and AI projects, specifically Project X, which is data-driven.
- Location Preference: LATAM
- Short-term project: 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Team Integration: The UI/UX team should work closely with development and QA teams for effective collaboration.
Focus on Data Analytics: Understanding of data analytics to align with the data-driven nature of the projects.
Senior UI/UX Lead: A senior UI/UX lead with experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies is essential.
Collaboration with Development Teams: The UI/UX team will collaborate with both Canadian and Indian development teams and must be available during EST hours.
Interview Process: 2 interviews.
- 7+ years’ experience in analytics/data products (The role requires knowledge of data and analytics, Logi Symphony, and End-to-End BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense, Looker, etc)
- 7+ years creating design systems
- Expertise in information architecture and user research
- Data analytics and visualization specialization
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma/Zepelin)
- Experience with design tokens and component libraries
- Strong visual design background
- CSS and JavaScript expertise
- ReactJS Basic knowledge
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical issues.
- Leadership skills.
- Support innovation and AI projects, specifically Project X, which is data-driven.
- Work closely with the technical manager and lead the team from the management side.
- Co-lead initially, learning the vision and pieces, and then taking over the team management.
- Leading the team, understanding the data, and being involved in the fast-track innovation product.
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization and analysis.
- Create consistent design systems for embedded analytics components.
- Reduce implementation friction between design and development.
- Improve user satisfaction and adoption metrics.
- Accelerate time-to-market for new analytics features.
