As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working together with a team of skilled software engineers to build out and maintain our Equity Management SaaS Application. And to be responsible for implementing new features, enhancements, and fixes to the product through work items planned in the current sprint and actively participating in planning, refinement, and retrospective meetings.
You will be working in a product team, alongside Engineers and QA Engineers, following an Agile SDLC to create new products and maintain existing applications with C#, Net, .Net Core, Oracle PL/SQL. We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team.
- We are following Hybrid mode. 3 or 4 days at Hyderabad Office.
- Multinational team – Excellent communication skills in English are needed.

- Overlap Time: 10 am to 6 pm IST.
- The current team is spread across the East Coast, West Coast, India, LATAM, and Ukraine – interface with team India.
- SaaS Web Applications: 6+ years experience in designing and developing SaaS web applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#. And expertise in designing APIs and DB schema/objects
- Database Technologies: 4+ Years of Experience using relational DBMS, MS SQL Server (preferred).
- Cloud Technologies: 3+ years experience with Azure.
- Microservices: 4+ Years of Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
- Front-end Technologies: 2+ Years of Web Application Development using modern Web Technologies (ReactJS).
- Tools and Methodologies: Proficient with API tools, Unit Testing and Mocking frameworks, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and GIT.
- Financial Domain Experience: Experience building applications in the financial domain.
- Oracle Database Skills: Proficient in working with Oracle databases, including writing/optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and scripting.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Estimate work items and assist junior engineers in designing effective solutions.
- Participate in the entire SDLC from requirements gathering to testing, focusing on developing features and fixing bugs with clean, reusable, maintainable code in .NET, C#.
- Implement necessary database changes to support ongoing development efforts.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by incorporating adequate unit testing and supporting quality assurance engineers during testing phases.
- Guide and mentor team members through code reviews and architecture discussions, providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinate cross-team development efforts, identifying dependencies and resolving obstacles encountered by other engineers.
