We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Engineer to join the team. The working hours are 9 am to 6 pm IST.
- We are following Hybrid mode. 3 days at Hyderabad Office.
- Multinational team – Excellent communication skills in English are needed.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Interview process: 1) Technical interview (60 mins); 2) Hiring Manager Round (60 mins)
- Overlap Time: 9 am to 6 pm IST.
- The current team is spread across the East Coast, West Coast, India, LATAM, and Ukraine – interface with team India.
- Intermediate to Advanced level experience with Sketch or Figma prototyping tools.
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration.
- Experience working with Personas.
- 6+ years of design or prototyping experience.
- 4+ years of user research experience.
- Experience with the UX Discovery phase that includes Competitive Analysis, Personas, User Journeys and User Flows, UX Wireframes, and Interactive Prototype.
- Experience designing enterprise products (portfolio examples required).
- Experience in creating wireframes, visual mockups, graphics, and user workflows.
- Experience communicating with technical product managers and development staff.
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with B2B Software design.
- Experience building design for financial domain.
- Work with both internal and external customers to identify product pain points and get feedback on potential solutions.
- Plan, gather, and analyze insights about users through new studies and review of existing data.
- Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption.
- Manage, execute, and analyze usability sessions, with support from other team members.
- Conceptually iterate on product features, creating wireframes and prototypes that translate customer requirements into cohesive experiences for defined personas.
- Work closely with product managers and product owners to define acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Support an agile process, working with development teams to solve implementation challenges that arise during sprints.
- Communicate effectively with the people who check in code, even though this individual won’t directly check in code.
- Review UI, enforce UX standards, and ensure product consistency.
